MINIMALIST \ OUTDOOR
An incredibly simple workout to be done outdoors if possible. If you are only able to train indoors you simply need to improvise in finding your space. All distances can be either calculated meticulously if you have the gear to do so – or estimated. The output of both will be more than comparable – so sub optimal conditions do not equate acceptable excuses.
Don’t wear your favourite T-shirt.

Darkened Lights are our workout modifiers for those seeking out additional adversity. The lights whom help us find the way are now dimmed, prepare for more intense mental and physical struggle.

Decrease your weight to increase your time under tension on all movements.

This will be an incredibly simple drill primarily cardio based. So get warm, hit some dynamic stretches. Alternate directional running – forwards, backwards and side ways.
