Build to sets of heavy 6’s. Keep the kettlebell moving as vertically as possible, keeping your elbow locked out and core engaged throughout. Form is key here so choose weights accordingly.

TURKISH GET UP’S

Aim to build to heavy triples on each arm. Once more, structural integrity is key throughout the movement. Form over weight – adjust accordingly & Build slowly.

STATIC HOLDS OF DEFIANCE 

Following your dynamic movement we’ll no work on some static holds. Focus on a strong foundation throughout your body on each hold.

ALTERNATING RACK HOLDS – 5 E/A

1 KB in front rack x 1 KB locked out over head. Walk 25m then switch.

ALTERNATING KB HOLDS – 3 E/A

Suitcase hold a single KB for 1 min. 20 seconds rest and complete 1 min on opposing arm. Maintain an upright position and do not be controlled by your weight.

UNBREAKABLE

100 KETTLEBELL SWINGS

1ST BREAK – 10 SPRAWLS

2ND BREAK – 15 SPRAWLS

3RD BREAK – 20 SPRAWLS
