KATIE TREMEER

Katie grew up across the UK getting her first taste of competitive fitness pursuits with 16 years of horse riding. Now with close to a decade in the fitness industry, backed with a degree in sports science she has begun to mould herself into the warrior she is today.

With 3 years developing in Crossfit, Katie, now armed with her spear Astrid (some call it any olybar, it’s a spear) her approach looks to seek and destroy both mental and physical barriers. Coming from a place where her limitations would shape her mental approach to workouts, Katie has broken her mental chains and to this day remains untamed.

Everyone has self imposed limitations and mental prisons we put ourselves in. Seeing a tough workout written down can see us defeated before even taking the battlefield. We question our abilities often moving toward the negative. We are more than we tell ourselves we are.
