Raiding is the truest form of the mindset and lifestyle we promote at NORSE Life. An encapsulating approach that will require the endurance, resilience and ability to engage and execute consistently.
A raid is built on our fundamental approach to strength, unity and life – blending workouts with survival, then adding objectives that require consistency of attack over extended periods.
These adventures take inspiration from MMO style computer games – with boss encounters requiring prerequisites to engage each encounter. Much like dungeons – the raid will have story elements interwoven into them, culminating in a final encounter. This will allow us to tell stories, build a rich universe, and challenge Wolves of NORSE in unique ways.
The concept in short: Assemble your Pack. Prepare. Plan. Attack.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Raids have a weekly reset that will act as a time cap to Raiding Packs. The uniform reset timer will see Raid attempts commence from Monday (or even Midnight Sunday for the Wolves ready to go out and hunt!). A note taken from a gaming background – this not only allows for a ticking clock to compete against; making procrastination a raid killer and truly inline with our ethos on engaging with life. It also allows an even Vættfang / Battlefield for competitive Packs aiming to clear Raids first. Keep what you Kill.
INVOKE THE HARBINGER
We must always hunt adversity. We do not choose the path of least resistance. When you seek a greater challenge, The Harbingers await. By completing a summoning ritual the week prior to a raid you can invoke The Wolf or The Ravens. Earn the right to struggle.
YOUR RAIDING PACK
Whilst Pack Rosters are capped at a maximum of 6, your Raiding Pack for the week will be comprised of 3. This allows for flexibility given the week long commitment. At the start of the week you lock your 3 with no mid week switches. Raids demanding greater numbers will be clearly marked in future updates.
Surround yourself with those who seek discomfort and adversity. If you are willing to hunt situations others shy away from; your foundations are there. You are never prey. You are the Hunter.
There will be encounters and mechanics in workouts that can remove members from the Pack in multiple ways. At flare points you will be able to revive them from the Darkness, with certain failures removing them from a Raid attempt entirely.
When you are ready to stand as a Pack and attempt Raids, get in touch to register your Pack for official attempts and standings. Your Pack will be named in the format of The House You Represent + Unique Identifier chosen by you. You’ll simply submit your Pack Members and Pack Name.

You will rely on your Pack, and your Pack will rely on you. Our ethos is built upon helping those around you in all aspects of life. In Raiding – this will be put to the test. You will save those around you, and you will be saved by the wolves you stand with.
So, what are you waiting for? Get out there and hunt.
For The Pack,
