PACK.PROTOCOL

The concept is simple. You work as hard as you can throughout the prescribed work because you know your team will too. If you slack, they work harder, for you. If you make the decision to take it easy – others will be given your work. Do not be carried by your pack – even if your skill levels are vastly different, put in the work for each other. The adversity is shared.

DARKENED LIGHTS

Darkened Lights are our workout modifiers for those seeking out additional adversity. The lights whom help us find the way are now dimmed, prepare for more intense mental and physical struggle.
