No problem, happy to be part of the buzz. I used to go to a strongman gym, missed out on buying a kettlebell for the pandemic. So I’ve turned an old sports bag into my main sandbag for lifts, plus utilised an old car tire with rope for a sled. Hardest part so far is finding a consistent set up for Turkish getups using the bag, I’ve strapped two belts round it and it’s been the best result so far to pick up but it needs constant readjustment since the bag contents moves. Over all it’s mainly heavy sandbag training, with and extra sled to pull around. It’s given me a sense of pride making it than buying expensive equipment
