I’ve following the Instagram page for a while and been thinking “these workouts look great” but never actually trying them.
Lockdown has seen a resurface of mental health problems which in turn has seen a resurgence in bad habits.
Basically need a fire lit under my ass, I’m 40 and far from where I want to be. I’m great at planning, less so the execution.
Gonna start with the Proving Ground home workouts and go from there.
