Hi, I’m Oscar, 26M, living in South London. Joining to get back into training more regularly – I played prop in a rugby team at school and uni for about 15 years, and have fallen out of a decent workout routine since finishing uni. Have noticed a decrease in focus and an increase in bad habits since leaving school, so trying to rebuild and improve all aspects (mental and physical) – have been dieting to lose some lockdown weights for 2.5 months with some way to go, and need to start incorporating exercise back in as I want to start BJJ and Thai boxing soon, which I’d like to do competitively. I also need to start taking on other good habits that may help with focus and other psychological facets of my life, so any advice here would be great!
