Paulo Frleta forms part of the Dominion of Helheim. A coach at Crossfit Box Red, Paulo was one of the first high performing Hunters in NORSE.Life’s event, “The Winter Hunt.” Paulo is a former football player who, following an ACL injury sought new challenges. After trying his hand in numerous fields from spirituality to martial arts and alternative medicine, in 2017, Paulo did his first Crossfit workout. Striving for the mental and physical challenges the workouts offered – he saw this as a rights of passage to becoming a modern day warrior. He now focuses on his family, and strengthening both physically and mentally, connecting with ancient cultures whilst adapting modern training plans. He has become a modern day Viking.

PHILOSOPHY

Paulo’s philosophy to training is geared around workouts that force you to go beyond what you feel possible. To succeed you will be forced outside of your comfort zone, mental toughness will be forged through grinding circuits, chippers and other Crossfit inspired challenges. Expect Olympic lifting, compound movements and heavy Met Con content.
